Today’s busy lifestyles can greatly affect the health of employees in all types of businesses. Stress, late nights at the office, fast-food lunches, missed meals and shift work can all create havoc with our body’s immune, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and nervous system. 1 Screening- To help identify at-risk employees while maintaining the wellness levels of already healthy employees by establishing the most avoidable risk factors associated with unhealthy lifestyles, poor eating habits and the lack of physical activity. Each employee will receive a personal report on all components tested with actual, normal and predicted results. Personal goals and targets will be clearly listed.
2 Action- To help employees succeed in reaching their goals and targets, a 6-10-week personal exercise and diet plan is offered to promote lifestyle change and aid health management direction. We will also supply group exercise classes onsite or at one of our available studios. Employees can obtain additional support during their programme through our E Coaching system to discuss results, problems, concerns or just a simple lack of motivation.

3 Results- We have a vested interest in each individual member of every wellness programme. An integral part of our service is following up and monitoring employee progress and promoting advancement in personal goals and targets, including a free assessment held at one of our studios. Finally, we will provide a group progress report to you the employer, highlighting the overall benefits from the wellness programme and future wellness direction. Note, no personal information or personal results are disclosed in this report. All individual employee results, goals and targets are confidential. The report represents a collective measurement of progress.
